The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement provides the license terms for the downloaded application unless a different agreement is presented by Apple.

Bronze, Silver, and Gold are voluntary one-time tips. They support the same project and provide no additional app functionality. Every core public-information feature remains available to people who never tip. The app shows Apple's localized price before purchase; the intended U.S. prices are $1.99, $4.99, and $9.99, respectively. App Store pricing and billing are authoritative.

Tips are consumable in-app purchases. They do not automatically renew and cannot be restored or transferred between devices. Apple handles payment, purchase history, and refund requests. AI AFO keeps a local thank-you for the latest verified tip and pauses optional tip reminders for 12 months. This acknowledgment is not a complete purchase history or an entitlement to extra features.

AI AFO uses Apple map services and public facility-data sources. Opening source records or directions may take you to another service with its own terms and privacy practices. Source attribution and links appear in the app. AI AFO does not promise complete geographic coverage or that any listed facility has a particular current status.
